21 Shots Fired Into Apartment Building In Burlington: Police
The suspects shot into a building at the Avalon apartment complex on Arboretum Way at around 3:47 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.
BURLINGTON, MA — Authorities are responding to reports of shots fired into an apartment building early Wednesday, the Burlington Police Department said in a news release.
No one was injured as suspects fired 21 shots from two separate weapons while on foot outside of the Avalon apartment complex on Arboretum Way at around 3:47 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.
The vehicle used in the shooting was determined to have been stolen out of Everett earlier in the morning, police said.

The suspects fled the scene in the stolen vehicle, which was later recovered in a nearby neighborhood, according to police.
The Burlington Police Department believes this is a targeted act that does not pose an ongoing threat but the investigation is ongoing, police said.
