He started working at Cadillac Norwood 11 years ago, and now, Burlington resident Al Piacitelli is the 2012 number one salesperson in both the Boston and New England market for new Cadillac sales. The key to his success, he says, is that he treats customers the way he wants to be treated. His favorite part of his job is being able to work with people and help them in the process of buying a car.
