The following is a sampling of log entries provided by the Burlington Police Department.
Saturday, April 4
5:23 a.m. - Panic alarm activation at the Shell Gas Station, 61 Middlesex Turnpike. Officer on scene reports an armed robbery occurred. A white male fled southbound on Middlesex Turnpike. The suspect is described as a white male, thin build, with blonde/red hair, wearing green long sleeve shirt and jeans. Police geto the suspect in custody. Police arrested Michael Leonick, 34, of Bedford charged with robbery and armed carjacking.
1236 Phone - Caller reports his gold and black lab is missing since sometime overnight from the area of 228 Winn St. Message left on Animal Control Officer’s voicemail.

2:06 p.m. - Party came into station to report past theft from her vehicle from Avalon Burlington, 1 Arboretum Way. Items stolen were video console and game. Sometime around March 14, a Nintendo DS and a DS game was taken from her vehicle, valued at approximately $230.
2:12 p.m. - Employee from Old Navy, 43 Middlesex Turnpike, reports a 5-year-old child was found outside and brought into store. Unable to locate parent at this time. Child was reunited with parent.

4;05 p.m. - Person in station reports her billfold/wallet was stolen from Presbyterian Church, 335 Cambridge St. on April 3 sometime between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Reporting party states $300 was taken from her debit card, as well as $45 in cash.
4:45 p.m.- Calle from Jos. A. Bank Clothier, 68 Mall Road states there is an irate customer being verbally abusive to him. The customer was upset he lost his wallet and has since found it. No crime committed, same was a misunderstanding.
5:08 p.m. - Caller states there are young children jumping into the trash dumpster at Bamboo, 177 Bedford St., running in the parking lot, and jumping on parked cars. This establishment is in Bedford MA. Bedford Police were advised.
6:12 p.m. Wegmans Loss Prevention, 53 Third Ave., reports an uncooperative female who shoplifted $12 worth of product. The subject was cooperative when police arrived.
6:47 p.m. - Lord and Taylor Loss Prevention, 75 Middlesex Turnpike, reports detaining a male and a female for shoplifting. Police were dispatched to the area and two parties were charged, one under arrest, the other summonsed. Arrested was Robin Lamontagne, 27, of 31 Highland Park in Uxbridge, charged with larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property.
