Back to School at Fox Hill Elementary
416 students back in classrooms as new school year starts
This Wednesday 416 students and 64 staff returned to in Burlington to kick-off the 2011-12 school year.
Principal, Ellen Johnson, was on-hand to welcome students as well as new staff - a new librarian, music teacher, reading specialist and special education teacher. A new position this year for the school is also a school psychologist.
Over the summer bathrooms at Fox Hill were renovated, the playground resurfaced and new basketball equipment added.

"Touch-it" boards have also been added to classrooms, tying in nicely with this year's school motto - "Engaging students in new ways using technology."
