Despite Charley's retirement, he will be the only candidate listed on the ballot in the Democratic primary on Thursday, September 6th. If Charley should get the most votes, then the primary results will not be accepted by Secretary of State and 16 Democratic Town Committee members from the three communities will be asked to choose who will be the Democratic candidate for State Representative in our district in November.
"I'm looking forward to joining my family, friends, state and town officials and supporters at our campaign kickoff. It is critical that we all work together to conquer the huge challenge we have ahead of us...to remind every voter that they need to Write In Dave to make sure their vote counts. It is important that we let the voters decide who will represent us."
