Welcome to a New Art Blog - The Palette

Welcome to the first edition of a blog for Burlington artists: The Palette. There are a number of us here in Burlington who create art for enjoyment.  Many have thought about doing more with their talent but "never have the time".  Unfortunately we don't have an established art association in town, or a downtown area filled with small galleries.   I am sure there are others like me who would like to be a part of a local network or organization that would help promote, support, and show their work and perhaps even make it into the gallery scene. 

Hopefully, this blog will fill some of that void by inspiring artists in Burlington or the local area to pick up a brush, pencil, camera, chisel or whatever tool you use for your art . . . and create!  I am looking forward to starting a dialogue with the artists in our community as an exchange of ideas to offer inspiration for us all to do more with our creative side every day.
