Burlington to Host Flu Clinic in October

Here's what you need to know about the Burlington Board of Health's flu clinic.

The Burlington Board of Health Flu Clinic will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 12 pm to 3pm at the Memorial School, 119 Winn Street, Burlington. No appointment is necessary. All flu vaccines are free, but if you have health insurance please bring your information. All children and adults are eligible for free vaccine regardless of insurance status. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Please note: per CDC guidelines, no FluMist will be administered this year. If possible, please wear a loose-fitting short sleeve shirt. For the most current information, please call the BOH Flu Clinic Line at 781 238-5353.

Rides will be available for Burlington Seniors to the Flu Clinic. Interested seniors should call 781-270-1950 (COA) before noon on Friday, October 14 to arrange transportation.
