Burlington Mall Adds Restaurants, Retail, Entertainment Options

BURLINGTON, MA — Burlington Mall is adding several new restaurants, retail stores and entertainment options throughout the year, including a number of brands making their first appearance in Massachusetts, according to a mall statement.

Among the additions is Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, which is expected to open this summer. The restaurant will be the chain’s first Massachusetts location.

Dining options at the mall are expanding with the recent opening of Wonder at The Village. The concept allows customers to order items from multiple menus in a single transaction. Additional food-related openings include Waffle & Bagel, expected in early summer, and Soup Zen Hot Pot, which is slated to open in the fall.

Several retail additions are also planned. Mavi is set to open its first Massachusetts location this summer. Jewelry retailer gorjana and activewear company Vuori are also expected to open later this year.

Champs Sports will relocate to a larger space in the mall, with a planned opening in May. Chocolate retailer Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolates is also scheduled to open its first Massachusetts location this summer.

New entertainment and activity-based businesses are part of the expansion as well. Game Show Battle Rooms is expected to open this summer, offering a live game show-style experience. Craft Loft, a locally owned business offering hands-on workshops, is scheduled to open in May.

Mall officials said the additions will roll out in phases throughout the year.
