Burlington Police Arrest NH Man on Domestic Violence Charges

John Farley, of Nashua, was charged with three counts of domestic violence.

Burlington police last week arrested a man from Nashua, N.H. on domestic violence charges.

John Farley, 38, of 155 West Hollis St., was charged one felony count of second-degree assault and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault. Police said he beat up a male family member.

Police said on Jan. 29 at 4 a.m., they were dispatched to a city residence for a report of domestic violence. Officers found a man who sustained several injuries, which were not life-threatening, police said.

Police launched an investigation and gathered enough for an arrest warrant. Farley was arrested on Feb. 20 by police in Burlington, Mass.

Farley was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
