Burlington Real Estate Firm Buys Former Boston Globe HQ
The longtime home of the Boston Globe has a new owner.

BOSTON, MA — The longtime home of the Boston Globe has a new owner, completing the newspaper's departure from Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester.
The Boston Globe Media Group announced this week that the Burlington-based Nordblom Co. has agreed to purchase the property, with the deal to be completed in the fall.
Nordblom's properties includes Northwest Park and 3rd Ave. in Burlington, and mid-size apartment buildings in Brookline and Cambridge.

The newspaper left the massive building in June, moving printing operations to Taunton and it's business operation and newsroom to State Street in Downtown Boston.
It is unknown what will replace the former home of the Globe.
