Burlington Town Update On The June 6 Election

Town election officials are working closely with the Board of Health to ensure the election is safe, Town Clerk Amy Warfield wrote.

The Burlington Town Election will be held on June 6th in the Burlington High School Gym, and there will be In Person voting available on that day. We have been working closely with the Board of Health and will be adhering to Social Distancing and all the COVID safety protocols to make this a successful and healthy election for both you the voting public and our election workers.

If you prefer there is still time for you to request an Early Voting Mail-in ballot. Early Voting Ballots would be recommended for those who are over 70 years, or have a health condition that makes them at risk or any person taking precaution related to COVID-19 in response to a declared state of emergency or from guidance from a medical professional, local or state health official, or any civil authority. Please remember to leave enough time for mailing out of the ballot to you.
