Burlington's 2016 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.

BURLINGTON, MA — There are two level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Burlington as of Oct. 14, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.

  • Stephen Conti, 52, lives and works at 10 Makechnie Road. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age (2 offenses) in September 1989, rape and abuse of child (2 offenses) in September 1989, and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age (3 offenses) in October, 1989.
  • Brandon Leigh Pitman, 32, works at 34 Cambridge St. He was convicted of O/S rape and O/S indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 2004
