We've all experienced the unfortunate sleepless, restless nights. Sometimes it's a singular experiences, other times, it can last for days or even weeks. Inability to sleep can come from stress, your natural body clock shifting, sleeping with the TV or lights on, or even room temperature - too hot or too cold.
