Did you know that the Burlington Public Schools’ PTOs have an ongoing textile recycling fundraiser?

The textile recycling program generates money for the PTOs, helps the town save money on disposal fees and helps the environment.

There are boxes located outside each school in town for your items.

Items you can recycle include:

• Shoes
• Linens
• Pocketbooks
• Accessories
• Stuffed Animals

All items donated go through a grading process, of which 45% of the items collected are reused.
