Drug Possession, Domestic Assault, And More: Burlington Police Log

10:37 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Forbes Avenue, Ryan Sullivan, 19, of Burlington, was arrested and charged with distributing a Class D drug, subsequent offense. Sullivan also had an active warrant.

2:38 p.m. - Two shoplifters were detained at Kohl’s on Lexington Street. They were issued summons.

6:25 p.m. - A summons for shoplifting over $100 by asportation was issued to a 57-year-old woman from Malden at Macy’s at the Burlington Mall.

June 3

11:13 a.m. - Following a verbal disturbance on Wing Terrace, a 38-year-old from Burlington received a summons for violating an abuse prevention order, domestic assault and battery, and assault and battery on a person over 60 years old.
