Emily Ovesen wins "Annie For A Day" at the Burlington Mall
Backyard Broadway vocal student wins "Annie For A Day" Vocal Competition at the Burlington Mall on Saturday, October 11th 2014.

Backyard Broadway vocal student, Emily Ovesen, recently placed FIRST in the Burlington Mall round of the “ANNIE FOR A DAY” vocal competition sponsored by Simon Malls. After competing with nearly 20 area surrounding students and winning the Burlington Mall round; Emily was then one of ten (10) finalists who competed against all the Simon Malls winners on Saturday, October 18th. Judges for the finals were Joyce Kulhawik, Susan Blake, Amanda Carr and event host Candy O’Terry. Emily performed the song “Tomorrow” and wowed the judges with her powerhouse vocals! Backyard Broadway would like to congratulate Emily on her hard work and accomplishment!
