Grand Jury Indictments: Larceny, Conspiracy In Burlington

District Attorney Marian Ryan announced grand jury indictments for the county on Jan. 21. There were two indictments based on crimes allegedly committed in Burlington:

Michael Meucci, 33, of Lowell, was charged with breaking and entering a building in the nighttime, larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property, and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.

Marc Wilson, 33, of Derry, New Hampshire, was charged with breaking and entering a building in the nighttime, larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property, and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
