Grand Jury Indicts Burlington Resident

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced recent Grand Jury indictments.

Arlington

James Martin, 36, a former Arlington substitute teacher, of Woburn, was charged with aggravated rape of a child and child enticement. The Assistant District Attorney is Jeff Bourgeois.

George Pesiridis, 57, of Arlington, was charged with a fifth offense of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The Assistant District Attorney is Laura Miller.

Burlington

Anita Cantu, 26, of Tewksbury, was charged with larceny from a person over the age of 65, theft of controlled substances from a person authorized to possess or dispense, possession of a Class E substance, and furnishing a false name to police. The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro.

Kyle Carroll, 29, of Bedford, was charged with uttering a false prescription for a controlled substance (7 counts) and conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.

Adam Farrow, 26, of Portage, Maine was charged with rape of a child by force (3 counts) and indecent assault and battery on a child over the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

Keegan Fitzpatrick, 20, of Haverhill, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (3 counts) and assault in a dwelling with a dangerous weapon (4 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

Charles Guida, 71, of Burlington, was charged with distribution of material depicting a child engaged in sexual conduct. The Assistant District Attorney is Allison Brown.

Michael Leonick, 35, of Bedford, was charged with assault and battery of a police officer, armed robbery, carjacking, and identity fraud. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

Yves Ringoot, 45, of Burlington, was charged with aggravated assault and battery, indecent assault and battery, violation of a restraining order (5 counts), stalking in violation of a restraining order, and annoying telephone calls. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Hogan.

Everett

Michael Burke, 30, of Malden, was charged with carrying a loaded firearm without a license, carrying a firearm without a license, and receiving stolen property. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Hogan.

Alexander Burns, 28, of Everett, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury and assault and battery (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.

Luis Castro, 58, of Lowell, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol as a subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Jose Delrosario, 23, of New York, New York, was charged with trafficking in a Class A substance over 200 grams and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is William Freeman.

Scott Fleurantin, 34, of Woburn, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, possession of a Class A substance, possession of a Class C substance, possession of ammunition, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

Manuel Gutierrez, 27, of Newark, New Jersey, was charged with trafficking in a Class A substance over 200 grams and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is William Freeman.

Salvador Rodriguez, 62, of Everett, was charged with assault to rape a child, indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (3 counts), and enticement of a child under the age of 16. The Assistant District Attorney is Jeff Bourgeois.
