High-End Steakhouse Opens Burlington Restaurant
The Boston-based restaurant that says its "America's Steakhouse" opened earlier this month.

BURLINGTON, MA — Smith & Wollensky opened its new two-story restaurant in Burlington earlier this month. The restaurant brings "high-end dining, exceptional quality and top-tier service," according to a statement.
The Burlington location is the second in town for Smith & Wollensky's parent company, PPX Hospitality Brands, which reopened the newly renovated Legal Sea Foods at the Burlington Mall in March.
"We are thrilled to continue growing our brand in this market and further establish our presence in Burlington," General Manager Steve Gledhill said in a statement. "Connecting with, and creating long lasting relationships with the local businesses and thriving residential community is what fuels us to deliver exceptional service, signature steaks and premium seafood. We can’t wait to welcome and serve you.”

The restaurant's menu includes USDA Prime-aged steaks, premium seafood, and signature "Liquid Assets."
The Burlington restaurant includes dining rooms on two levels, a large horseshoe bar, an upper-level indoor-outdoor bar, and outdoor patio dining on both levels.

The restaurant's new location at 92 Middlesex Turnpike has been vacant since Del Frisco's Grille closed its doors on Oct. 15, 2019.
Smith & Wollensky has nine other locations including those nearby in Boston and Wellesley as well as New York, London, Taipei, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Miami Beach.
Smith & Wollensky in Burlington is open for lunch and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
