259 High School Seniors made the 20 mile journey from Burlington to Danvers Friday evening to attend their Senior Prom at the Danversport Yacht Club.
Tables in the Harborview Ballroom were elegantly set, with a gold theme. Guests sat with friends, and dined on chicken parmesan and prime rib. Photos were taken, and later DJ 'Wild Bill' kept the dance floor crowded spinning the latest tunes.
Gone are the days where girls sought out the perfect 'little black dress' for a fancy occasion ... the ballroom was filled with dresses of every color and sparkles were clearly a popular trend. Gentlemen were dashing in suits and bright bow ties ... many choosing to coordinate with the date for the evening.

Danvers Police Department had an officer on-hand to make sure the evening passed without event ... except for the fun, of course!
