August 30

5:10 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Cambridge Street, a 27-year-old from Billerica was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

9:50 p.m. - A caller at Candlewood Suites on Middlesex Turnpike told police that a female friend took off with his vehicle. After the vehicle was located a 20-year-old from Chelmsford and a 21-year-old from Lowell were issued summons for consealing motor vehicle theft.

August 31

10:19 p.m. - Lekna Jelinkova, 47, of Plainville, was arrested at McDonald’s on Middlesex Turnpike on a warrant.

September 1

12:40 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Cambridge Street, a 53-year-old from Burlington was issued a summons for failure to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

3:51 p.m. - Cornelius Mulcahy, 34, of Burlington, was arrested at Plaza 63 on Wilmington Road and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of drugs (second offense).

September 2

12:56 a.m. - A caller on Demone Drive reported a person who refused to leave their residence. Vasily Hardy, 26, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.

1:11 p.m. - A 36-year-old from Garfield, New Jersey on Middlesex Turnpike was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

September 3

7:21 p.m. - A 15-year-old at Macy’s at the Burlington Mall was issued a summons for shoplifting over concealing more than $100 in merchandise.
