Lahey Listed Among State's Top-10 Hospitals in U.S. News and World Report's Rankings
The list, released today, ranks the top 13 hospitals in the state.
BURLINGTON, MA — U.S. News and World Report has included Burlington's Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in it's list of the 13 best hospitals in Massachusetts, including the hospital in one of its top 10 positions.
According to the rankings released Tuesday, Lahey was rated as the sixth-best hospital in the Commonwealth and the fifth-best hospital in the Boston Metropolitan area. The hospital rated 'high performing' in six adult procedures and conditions.
Lahey received a rating of 'high performing in gastroenterology and GI surgery, geriatrics, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics and urology.
