August 7
2:39 p.m. - A caller at Kohl’s on Lexington Street told police that someone took a knife from a set and was walking to the back wall with it. The suspect, a 26-year-old from Saco, Maine, was issued a summons for shoplifting by asportation (second offense).
6:20 p.m. - Kevin Costanzo, 24, of Burlington, was arrested on Brown Avenue and charged with larceny from a building and breaking and entering a building in the daytime for a felony.

August 8
5:58 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Lexington Street, a 29-year-old from Wilmington was issued a summons for speeding in violation of special regulation, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

6:39 p.m. - A 16-year-old on Sears Street was issued a summons for larceny under $250.
August 9
5:39 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Lexington Street near Bedford Street, a 32-year-old from Burlington was issued a summons for operating without an inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
August 10
6:00 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Center Street, a summons was issued for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
8:47 p.m. - A 58-year-old from Dedham was issued a summons on Cresthaven Drive for violating a harassment prevention order.
