Large Residential Project In Burlington Opens Next Month
A 167-unit apartment building in Burlington is now leasing units with a move-in date of next month.
BURLINGTON, MA — A large residential complex on 4th Avenue in Burlington will open in October. Dubbed "Life Time Living," the five-story, 167-unit development will share a campus with the existing Life Time Burlington athletic country club.
The project will include 14 studios, 69 one-bedroom, 11 one-bedroom-plus-den, and 73 two-bedroom apartments. Studios start at $2,950 a month; one-bedrooms start at $3,325 a month; and two-bedrooms start at $3,900 a month.
The complex will include two outdoor courtyards with firepits, grilling stations, seating areas, outdoor games, and a meditation area, according to a statement from Life Time. A half-acre park with a walking path, dog play area, and green space is also under development.

The complex is located near restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the Wegmans at 3rd Avenue.
Life Time Living started in Coral Gables, FL in August 2021 followed by Las Vegas in September 2022. In addition to Burlington, another Life Time Living location was slated to open in Stamford, CT this past summer.
