Man Charged with Shoplifting After Mall Chase

Thur., March 13

  • 3:13 a.m. Alex Kittredge, 25, of Wilmington, was charged with harassment. He was charged after a person came into the Burlington police station saying Kitterdge was making threats while he was a patient at Lahey Clinic.
  • 6:29 a.m. A fork lift in the road was reported on Cambridge Street.
  • 8:09 a.m. A sudden death was reported on Oak Street.
  • 3:13 p.m. Andrew Dunn, 22, of Haverhill, was charged with shoplifting. He was charged after a Lord & Taylor employee chased him through a parking lot, according to police.
  • 6:58 p.m. A caller said he saw a vehicle back into a parked vehicle at Old Navy then flee the scene.
Fri., March 14
  • 7:31 a.m. A road rage incident was reported on Cambridge Street.
  • 9:20 a.m. A Thomas Street resident reported a suspicious vehicle was parked in the neighborhood. Police said it turned out to be a private investigator.
  • 12:38 p.m. Several thousand dollars worth of scrap metal was reportedly stolen from a business on Ray Avenue.
  • 12:46 p.m. A woman said someone stole her purse and charged $1,087 worth of merchandise from the Apple Store.
  • 12:59 p.m. A caller said someone struck her vehicle near the Kohl Department Store then took off.
  • 8:06 p.m. A caller on Woodhill Road said a group of eight teenagers wearing dark clothing and facemasks was trying to break into a vehicle. The group fled when another vehicle arrived.
