Mount Hope Christian School Science Fair

This week at Mount Hope Christian School the elementary students proudly presented their Science projects for the Science Fair. The theme for our fair was “Out of this World”. Kindergarten classes explored many parts of the solar system with hands on experiments. The 1st grade made fantastic models of the phases of the moon while 2nd grade built models and wrote stories of traveling to the planets. The 3rd grade turned their classroom into outer space and acted out the birth and death of a star. The 4th and 5th grades created travel brochures and presented activities inviting participants to explore the universe. It was a fun night for students, parents and teachers.
