New Menu at Bobby Flay's Burlington Restaurant
Bobby's Burger Palace now features several new items.
Bobby's Burger Palace in Burlington on Friday released a new menu.
The restaurant, operated by chef Bobby Flay, opened in early 2013.
The new menu items include:
Burgers

- Vegas Burger made with White American cheese, Fresno red chiles and BBQ potato chips
- Carolina Burger with smoked American cheese, green onion slaw and mustard BBQ sauce
- New Mexico Burger with queso sauce, roasted green chiles and pickled red onions
- Brunch Burger with fried egg, smoked bacon, and American cheese (previously offered only as a Burger of the Month special, now a permanent addition to the menu)
Shakes
- Mint Chocolate Chip
- Mocha Caramel

Another new feature of the menu is the “Half & Half,” which allows diners to order a sampling of any two sides of their choice
