ICYMI: New Pizza Place Approved to Open in Burlington
Pizzas cook in three minutes, and you can pre-order a pie via a smartphone app.

BURLINGTON, MA — A new pizza eatery has been approved to open in the Vinebrook Plaza after receiving approval from the Burlington Planning Board on Jan. 19, according to multiple reports including the Daily Times Chronicle.
A special permit submitted by Blaze Pizza was approved unanimously by the planning board to open off Burlington Mall Road in the plaza. The Burlington Union reports that Blaze Pizza will occupy a space right next to the Sichuan Gourmet.
The Union further reports that Blaze pizzas are ready in three minutes, and you can order your pizzas through a smartphone app.

According to the Daily Times Chronicle, the space previously occupied by Digital Credit Union will seat 88 inside and have 22 outdoor seats. There's a location in Boston and Cambridge, and the Burlington location will have a function space included in it's over 4,005 square-foot home.
According to the Blaze Pizza website, the menu includes build-your-own pizzas, signature pies, various salads and deserts, including an olive oil brownie.
