New Restaurant To Take Macaroni Grill Space In Burlington
Eddie V's, a small chain based in Austin, Texas, will demolish the building that has been vacant since February.
BURLINGTON, MA -- Eddie V's, a small restaurant chain based in Austin, Texas, is coming to Burlington. The company plans to lease the South Avenue property that had been occupied by Romano's Macaroni Grill until it closed in February. Eddie V's plans to tear down the existing building and rebuild on the property.
The Burlington closing left Romano's Macroni Grill with just one remaining location in New England.
Eddie V's also plans to open in Boston's Prudential Center, according to Boston Restaurant talk, which first reported this story. The restaurant's menus feature items like jumbo shrimp, swordfish steak, lobster tails, ribeye, and filet mignon.
