Nomination Papers Available For Burlington 2020 Town Election

Seats up for election include moderator and one board of selectmen seat.

BURLINGTON, MA — Nomination papers are available for the coming town election are now available from the Town Clerk's office. They are due, at the same office, by Feb. 13. Candidates for town-wide office require fifty voter signatures, while town meeting candidates require 10 voter signatures from their precinct.

The full list of seats up for election is available here. Among them: moderator, one board of selectman seat, one assessor and two school committee seats.

The election is scheduled for April 4, with March 13 the last day to register to vote. You can register at the state Secretary of State's website. Other upcoming election dates, including the March 3 presidential primary, are listed on the town website.
