Not-So-Friendly At Friendly Toast: Burlington Police Log 11/15-21
Here are some of the calls Burlington Police responded to last week.
BURLINGTON, MA -- The following are items recorded by Burlington Police Department. It is a sample of the types of calls the Burlington Police responded to between November 15 and 21. Arrests
At 3:47 pm on Thursday, November 16, a fraud investigator for Santander Bank reports a past theft of money by a teller. Police issued a summons to Ellison Shadow, 26, of Mattapan on charges of larceny over $250 by a single scheme.
During a motor vehicle stop at 12:33 am on Friday, November 17, police arrested Stephen Eugene Gerrior, 41, of Arlington and charged him with OUI liquor (third offense), operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and speeding.

Wegman's reported having a female shoplifter in custody at 3:50 pm on Saturday, November 18. Jaqueline M. Hanson, 26, of Nashua, NH was trespassed from the store and to be summoned to court.
During a motor vehicle stop at 9:11 am on Monday, November 20, police arrested Estefane Mariot, 28, of Revere, for unlicensed motor vehicle operation.

At 10:59 am the same day, police arrested Jacob Matthew Dennehey, 19, of Arlington after he was caught allegedly attempting to steal more than $1,000 in clothing from Kohl's. At 12:26 pm, police summonsed Karin Gonzales, 31, of Lowell and Hector Villagra, 36, of Lowell, on shoplifting charges at Sear's.
At 8:10 pm on Tuesday, November 21, police arrested Christopher R. Mammino, 39, of Woburn, after he drove into a pole near Shaw's on Cambridge Street. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, negligent operation and marked lanes violation.
Wednesday, November 15
8:08 am: A manager of The Friendly Toast at the Burlington Mall reports that at about 10:30 pm last night a Hispanic female in her late 20's or early 30's with blond, spiked hair pounded on the store window and made threats to harm the reporting party. Mall security was called to scene and escorted unknown suspect off Mall property. Victim was then escorted to her vehicle. Suspect is unknown to victim. Incident was never reported to Burlington Police. Under investigation.
1:51 pm: Harassment order violation.
2:30 pm: Manager at Trader Joe's reports black male approached a female in store while she was shopping. Male was asking her personal questions and propositioned her in the parking lot of the store. Spoke with involved party via cell phone who is known to officers and indicated he had a conversation with a woman about coffee. The involved party was advised that Trader Joe's will be seeking a trespass order and not to return. The male party agreed.
6:24 pm: Hmart employee requested the detail officer on duty log a past threat he received from another employee at the supermarket. The detail officer reports a dispute took place earlier in the day between two Hmart fish department workers over some work matters.Both employees have conflicting accounts of the incident.
Thursday, November 16
9:14 am: Caller reports his tires were stolen off of his vehicle at some point over night. The front drivers rim and tire stolen from parking lot of Beacon Village and left on a plastic crate. Damage to lower rocker panel during the theft. This is the second time within a month that victim's vehicle has had tires stolen from the Beacon Village lot.
7:46 pm: Victoria's Secret reports male party took $1050 in merchandise. Suspect was 6'3", slim, Middle Eastern, beard, black hat, black rimmed glasses, carrying a large orange bag. Male party ran towards Uno parking lot.
Friday, November 17
3:15 pm: Caller reports an elderly female sitting on the guard rail on the side of the road near Sunrise on Mall Road. Caller requests we check on same. Unable to locate.
7:29 pm: Report of a male party loitering around the vehicles in the lot of Jack's Coal Fired Pizza. Same has been hanging around the ares for over an hour. Described as a black male with a reflective vest riding a bicycle. Units checked the area, unable to locate.
8:50 pm: Fight at Burlington Ice Palace. Manager called, the two teams had a fight on the ice, all is calm now.
9:26 pm: Caller reports kids throwing things at house on Sunrise Drive. Spoke with six youths, advised them to stop throwing things at resident's houses. School resource officer to be notified.
Saturday, November 18
12:43 pm: Caller states that his brother may have stolen passport and a check from him valued at $700.00 and cashed it.
2:39 pm: Caller reports ATV in the reservoir.
Sunday, November 19
1:33 pm: Caller from Marriott Hotel states there is a women attending a bridal expose and there is a man who is making her feel uncomfortable due to past interactions. Man gone on arrival.
3:59 pm: Caller reports having an issue with another motorist. Same is in a black Range Rover in the area of Legal Seafoods. Mall security spoke with involved parties, sent on their way
Monday, November 20
1:56 pm: Lord Baron Management called to request we have someone take a dog out of apartment. Animal's owner was brought to Lahey last night by ambulance and dog has been barking all day. Ex-boyfriend is checking on dog after 3 PM. Requested he take dog home with him until owner get out of Lahey.
2:07 pm: Lahey security reports a doctor was threatened by a patient and is requesting assistance. Officer spoke with doctor regarding a former patient who had surgery. No threats were made. Former patient would [age 65] would like a face to face meeting with his doctor. Doctor is concerned and would like a police officer present if the meeting occurs. Doctor was advised to coordinate the meeting if it is to happen with security and a Police officer can be dispatched.
2:22 pm: Past employee of Linkage Inc. sent a letter expressing her displeasure with being terminated 18 years ago. No criminal activity occurred. Extra checks requested.
8:05 pm: Manager of Buffalo Wild Wings called and advised there was an assault that took place in the parking lot. Same requests an officer respond to speak with the potential victim. Party made verbal advances to a married women and husband took exception to it. All parties left the area prior to arrival
Tuesday, November 21
7:11 am: Caller reports a female going in to labor. Fire department notified.
12:41 pm: Public Health director reported that tenant on Edgemont Avenue stated to her that landlords were going to call the police on him after she found illegal apartment in basement. No calls from either party at this time. Public Health director advised to contact if matter goes any further.
3:46 pm: Caller reports being hired as a Locksmith to assist the home owner with his front door on Sunset Drive. Same believes the party on scene is not the home owner; strong language barrier. Call placed by third party. Home owner on scene stated he was not locked out of his house.
4:26 pm: Caller reports coyote is lying in the grass on the left side of the residence, unsure if it is injured.
8:03 pm: Caller reports a man renting a room at her home making her feel uncomfortable. Spoke with both female parties regarding a tenant who is renting a room. Female parties were advised of the eviction process.
