Burlington Police responded to the scene of a car accident on Locust Street Tuesday morning reportedly involving a car into a boulder.   No immediate injuries were reported as a result of the accident, according to a traffic alert on the <a href="https://twitter.com/burlingtonpd/status/341915142180716544" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Burlington Police Department's Twitter account</a>, but police confirmed to Burlington Patch that one person was taken to the hospital.  The accident occurred around 10 a.m. Tuesday. No road closures were reported as of 11:15 a.m., according to Burlington Police.

As a mandated reporter, staff must understand DPPC guidelines and appropriately utilize the reporting process. Duties may also include filling out incident reports and writing notes in the communication log. Drug screen, proof of physical and criminal background check process required.

<li>Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and consumer courtesy.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles, when necessary.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fuel the vehicles, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, consumer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist individuals in and out of the vehicle ensuring that all required safety equipment is utilized in the process of transporting consumers. This will include, but may not be limited to, operating ramps, lifts, and utilizing securement devices, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret maps and driving directions to take the most efficient route. and read and interpret road signs in English.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
