Person Found Dead on I-95 Ramp

State Police found a person dead on the Winn Street ramp to I-95 North in Burlington on Saturday night.

Police responded to the ramp at 9:10 p.m. after a report of a person lying on the ramp. Troopers believe the person may have been struck by a vehicle.

The State Police said:

“The facts and circumstances remain under investigation with the assistance of troopers from the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, Crime Scene Services Section and State Police Detectives assigned to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office...
