'Puts Her Life On The Line': Burlington Hero Nurse

BURLINGTON, MA — Facing the coronavirus outbreak, it can be heroic to just keep going to work, working to save others. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

She's a nurse at Tufts Medical Center

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Dawn puts her own life on the line every time she goes to work. She provides critical nursing services to COVID19 patients, and she does it with good cheer and pure professionalism. She, like all nurses, is an angel on earth.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Dawn, in addition to being a phenomenal nurse, used to breed champion Rottweilers.
