The No. 3 Red Devils dominated play from start to finish in the North Division 2 semifinal game, scoring two runs in the opening inning and never looking back as they cruised to an 8-2 win over Amesbury on Wednesday in Lowell. As a result, the locals advance to play in the bracket final. Burlington takes Tewksbury on Sunday at 4 p.m. on the diamond of Lowell's Martin Field. The winner of that contest will be crowned North Division 2 champion and will earn a spot in the state bracket.
