BURLINGTON, MA -- The following arrests were recorded in the Burlington Police log between July 12 and 18. All people named are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The complete Burlington Police log is available online.

At 11:57 am of Friday, July 13, police arrested a minor after she was caught and admitted to stealing from the women's locker room at Lifetime Fitness on Middlesex Turnpike. The girl was released to her father and a juvenile summons was issued in connection to the thefts, which occurred over a two-week period.

During a motor vehicle stop on Sunset Drive at 9:47 pm on Friday, police arrested Brian J. Roberto, 26, of 8 Mildred Road, and charged him with OUI-Liquor, failure to stop for police, failure to keep right for oncoming traffic, marked lanes violation, failure to yield at intersection, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and an open alcohol container violation.

At 5:35 pm on Saturday, July 14, police responded to a report of shoplifting at Wegman's. Police arrested William Hennessey, 64, of 47 BEdford Street on an outstanding warrant.

At 2:05 am on Monday, July 16, police arrested Nathaniel Ssekasazi, 24, of 6 Elizabeth Avenue, following a car chase that ended in a crash. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, failure to stop for police, OUI-liquor (second offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, assault with a dangerous weapon and an open alcohol container violation. During a motor vehicle stop on Cambridge Street at 1:34 am on Tuesday, July 17, police arrested Nazeeb Gonzalez, 38, of 20 Lisa Street, on an outstanding warrant.
