See Who Got Arrested In Burlington Last Week
Burlington Police made several separate arrests with connections to the Highland Gardens apartment complex between Sept. 1-7.

BURLINGTON, MA -- The following arrests were recorded in the Burlington Police log between Saturday, Sept. 1 and Friday, Sept. 7 include. All named individuals are presumed innocent.
- On Saturday, Sept. 1, Burlington Police were called to the Marriott Hotel on Mall road for a report of "some type of an altercation." Police arrest Ismail M. Mohamed, 37, of Lynn, and charged him with disorderly conduct and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
- Police responded to a call of a domestic dispute at the Hallmark Gardens apartments at 8:39 am on Sunday, Sept. 2 and arrested Adalberto Sarita, 20, of 13 Hallmark Gadens Apartment #5 after calling the Burlington Fire Department to assist in opening the door to the apartment. Sarita was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
- Following single-vehicle car crash on Sandy Brook Road at 2:13 pm on Sept. 2, police arrested Maura A. Lowe of 14 Hallmark Gardens Apt. #8 in Burlington and charged her with OUI-Liquor, reckless operation and failure to wear a seat belt.
- At 10:57 pm on Monday, Sept. 3, police responded to a call from a woman at Hallmark Gardens saying her ex-boyfriend had take her car and not returned it. Police issued a summons to Pelegrin Diaz, 47, of Lowell, charging him with motor vehicle larceny (subsequent offense) and two counts of witness intimidation.
- At 11:35 am on Wednesday, Sept. 5, police arrested Kelley Austin, 28, of Chester, at Lahey Hospital on an outstanding warrant.
