Take a Look Back at Burlington History with the Bennett Family

This program opens the Historical Society's meetings for 2012.

The following is a release from Mary Nohelty, President of the Burlington Historical Society:

The Burlington Historical Society will be hosting a roundtable discussion with Bennett family members.  Bennett ancestors first came to town around the 1800’s and in time owned acres of farmland.  Farmland that is no more...but how interesting it will be to learn about and try to picture those old farms.  They will be mentally pictured up and down Cambridge Street, Sears Street and Bedford Street.

So come join in and reminisce.  You are welcome to bring your own stories about Burlington of old and to share and enjoy.  History is fascinating and meant to be shared.  Refreshments will be available after the program.
