Tony C's Sports Bar....Would I eat there?
I'm back to writing and with that comes a review! My take on Burlington's New Sports Bar

Any of you that have read my posts in the past know that I am a ”reviewer”. I have written reviews on everything from Vacations to restaurants and movies...and this post will be no different. Today I am going to share my experience visiting Burlington’s newest Sports Bar located at the thriving 3rd ave location, Tony C’s Sports Bar & Grille. To say my first attempt to visit did not go well would be an understatement. Granted it was a weekend and there was a rather large sporting event on. That being said the eye roll and tone of utter annoyance I receieved from the hostess, as she stated there would be a two hour wait, was a bit uncalled for. Needless to say I opted not to wait that evening.
Upon doing some research I was happy to discover I could make a reservation. I happily did so (thanks to Opentable). Finally I would be able to see what all the hub bub and two hour wait was about. Upon entering we were happily greeted by a gaggle of wait staff (yes I use works like gaggle). We were shown to our table with ease where we were promptly greeted by our waiter. Once our drink order was placed it was time to look around and take this place in.
The atmosphere is nice...for a sports bar anyway. The wall o tvs is impressive, to say the least. Every sporting even imaginable could be on simultaneously and there would still be tv’s to spare. The large open atmosphere provides a good view no matter what table you sit at. It does seem like a nice place to go for an after work cocktail or to take in a game with your friends.

The menu was a bit lackluster in my opinion. Being that it is a Sports Bar the drink menu is vast but i’m a foodie and the food options were quite limited. All and all it is an OK place to go grab a drink but definitely not a place to go for dinner.
Be sure to keep checking back here for more reviews as I make my way through all the new choices popping up at the new 3rd ave in Burlington.
