Warrant Arrests, Shoplifting, and More: Burlington Police Log

June 8

1:41 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Winn Street near Route 128, a 56-year-old from Woburn received a summons for marked lanes violation, failure to move over to another lane while approaching a stationary emergency vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

8:03 a.m. - John Constant, 23, of Burlington, was arrested on Azela Drive on a warrant.

June 10

3:40 p.m. - Shanice Guerra, 20, of Boston, was arrested at Macy’s at the Burlington Mall on Middlesex Turnpike and charged with shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise and unlawful distribution of a theft detection shielding device.

June 12

9:04 p.m. - A juvenile shoplifter was detained at Wegman’s on Third Avenue. He was released to his parents.

June 14

4:15 a.m. - Paul Tucci, 23, of Winchester, was arrested at the Shell on Middlesex Turnpike and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
