When is Papa Razzi Reopening?

From the building to the kitchen and everything in between, Papa Razzi is changing, hiring and gearing up to reopen its doors.

Burlington’s Papa Razzi has been undergoing a major renovation. Closed since January 1 for renovations, the restaurant is slated to reopen next month.

Once the doors open, diners will not only see a new facade at the 2 Wall St. location, but the multi-million dollar renovation has a lot more in store. The restaurant is also reinventing itself with a new name and menu to go with the look.

Papa Razzi is being redefined as Papa Razzi Metro and is set to usher in a new era for the Papa Razzi experience with a new urban-Italian style 10,000 square foot restaurant and a new and innovative menu, including an expanded wine selection and more.
