At 1:45 a.m., parking enforcement on Derryfield Avenue. Winter parking ban warning issued; two vehicles.

At 2:00 a.m., parking enforcement on Susan Avenue. Winter parking ban warning issued; two vehicles.
At 2:04 a.m., parking enforcement on Carol Avenue. Winter parking ban warning issued; five warnings.

At 8;!0 a.m., suspicious truck at Fox Hill Elementary School on Fox Hill Road. Woman reported two men in a pickup truck with a wheelbarrow in the back have been in the school parking lot for two mornings in a row.
At 11:08 a.m., shoplifting. at Macy’s. Shoplifter detained for under $250. Jason M. White, 34, of Lowell, arrested for shoplifting, and warrants.

At 11:26 a.m., malicious damage to vehicle in area of Lord and Taylor at Burlington Mall. Female party reported her vehicle was damaged on the driver’s side while parked outside of Lord and Taylor parking lot.
At 1:14 p.m. shoplifting at Wegmans. Wegman`s security reported that the suspect consumed approximately $20-worth of food and left without paying for it. Suspect was identified and summoned to court for larceny under $250 for this violation.
At 6:08 p.m. theft reported at Pearle Vision. Party reported a theft of 13 frames with an approximate value of $1500.
