Woburn Man Killed in Fatal Burlington Motorcycle Crash

Police say the crash took place on Interstate 95 North.

BURLINGTON, MA — A Woburn man has died following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 95 North on the access road to the Middlesex Turnpike at Exit 32 in Burlington.

At 4:20 p.m., a motorcycle was traveling on the access road when it veered into the guardrail on the right side, according to a preliminary state police investigation. The operator, a 67-year-old Woburn man, was thrown off the motorcycle and found unresponsive. He was transported by ambulance to Lahey Hospital in Burlington, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The identity of the operator is being withheld pending family notification.
