Woman Charged With OUI After Crashing Into Burlington Business

BURLINGTON, MA -- A Boston woman is facing multiple charges after a motor vehicle crash in Burlington last week. Burlington Police responded to the call near 276 Cambridge Street around 8:15 pm on Sunday, August 12, where a car had crashed into Flex Appeal.
Burlington police issued a summons to Susan Theresa Bodnar, 31, of 397 West Fourth Apartment #1 in Boston, charging her with operating under the influence of liquor, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and lane violation. Bodnar was injured in the crash; the extent of her injuries was not reported in the Burlington Police log.

- On Thursday, August 9, a caller claimed past credit card fraud. Police issued a summons to Kimberling Reyes, 29, of 66 Allston Street in Lawrence, on a charge of larceny over $250 by false pretense.
- At 3:48 pm on Sunday, August 12, police issued a summons to a 17-year-old juvenile for shoplifting more than $250 after responding to a call from Kohl's Department Store.
- At 3:22 pm on Wednesday, August 15, police responded to a report of trespassing at the Sunrise facility on Mall Road. Police arrested Derek C. Boutcher, 44, of 19 Collission Road #8 in Brighton, on an outstanding warrant.
