Xfinity Retail Location Opens At Burlington Mall

BURLINGTON, MA — Comcast has opened a new Xfinity Store in the Burlington Mall, relocating from another town location and unveiling a redesigned retail space for customers.

The store opened Feb. 5 and is on the mall’s lower level near the Legal Sea Foods entrance.

The space features interactive displays where visitors can learn about Xfinity Internet, mobile, television and home technology services, according to a Burlington Chamber of Commerce statement. Representatives are available for demonstrations, account support, equipment returns and new service sign-ups.

Comcast said the store also includes specialists for Comcast Business products, aimed at local business technology needs.

The Burlington Mall location uses a queuing system to let customers explore the store without waiting in line, and appointments can be made online.

Hours at the Burlington Mall store are Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Company officials say the new store is intended to offer a more convenient and engaging way for consumers to see the latest products and get service help in person.
