Acclaimed Songwriter Kenny White Returns to Club Passim May 1
Accompanied by legendary musicians Duke Levine and Kevin Barry, White brings his blend of humor and heart back to Harvard Square.

Veteran singer-songwriter Kenny White is set to return to the historic Club Passim on Friday, May 1, at 7:00 p.m. Fresh off a national tour with folk icons Stephen Stills and Judy Collins, White will be joined for this performance by renowned guitarists Duke Levine and Kevin Barry.
Before establishing himself as a fixture on the touring circuit, White spent decades as a powerhouse in New York’s commercial studio scene. He is the creative force behind some of the most recognizable jingles in American advertising, including Chevrolet’s “Heartbeat of America” and Cheerios’ “The Unsinkable Taste.” His extensive studio background also includes directing sessions for legendary vocalists such as Gladys Knight, Linda Ronstadt, and Mavis Staples.
White’s live performances are known for their seamless transition between soulful piano ballads and sharp, humorous storytelling. His deep resume includes contributions to several John Sayles film soundtracks and appearances on Marc Cohn’s platinum debut album.
