This beginner-friendly silent retreat offers a chance to slow down, unplug, and deeply reset through guided meditation, practical teachings, and quiet reflection. The day is carefully guided and designed to feel accessible and supportive - even if you’ve never attended a retreat before.

- Guided meditations that empower you to meditate on your own
- Complete silence at the center between sessions
Session times: 11:00am-12:15pm | 1:30-2:30pm | 3:00-4:00pm
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available.

Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone.
