Cambridge Calls for Trump Impeachment Investigation
Cambridge City Council voted Monday night to ask the U.S. House to look into the president's various business interests.

CAMBRIDGE, MA – The Cambridge City Council approved a resolution Monday night calling for an investigation into whether President Trump's business ties warrant impeachment. The vote was 7-1, with one abstention, according to reports.
The resolution asks the U.S. House of Representatives to look into the president's various business interests, and their potential violation of the foreign emoluments clause or domestic emoluments clause of the Constitution.
Under the clauses, Trump may only profit from his salary and not foreign governments or U.S. governing bodies.
