Greetings CPS community -

"We’re almost there! This week, CPS’s educators and staff will return to school buildings to prepare for an exciting first day of school next week.

In this week’s video message I share a preview of my recommendation to the School Committee that all CPS staff be required to be fully vaccinated.

Vaccination is the best way to stay healthy, protect our community, and end the pandemic. CPS must take all actions available to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and maximize safe in-person learning.

If you haven’t already, please log in to the CPS Family Portal to complete your annual back-to-school forms. The portal now includes the NEW COVID-Testing Consent Form. Please sign this form to allow your student to participate in CPS’s comprehensive COVID-19 testing plan.

This week I will also be kicking off Conversations with Superintendent Greer to discuss the future of CPS. This week, I'll be meeting with Bengali speakers, Arabic speakers, Spanish Speakers, PK, JK, K, Grade 1 Families, Grades 2-5 Families, and Grades 6-8 Families.
