Cambridge Resident Moves onto 'Annie for a Day' Singing Finals!

On Saturday, April 29th young Broadway enthusiasts participated in the ‘Annie for a Day’ singing contest at The Shops at Chestnut Hill where two winners were selected to move onto the ‘Annie for a Day’ singing finals. ANNIE will play at The Boch Center Wang Theatre in Boston, May 9th – 21st and before the show arrives, singers age 8 -15 years old who are finalists (from the following Simon malls: Burlington Mall, Northshore Mall, South Shore Plaza, The Shops at Chestnut Hill and Pheasant Lane Mall) will perform a song from the acclaimed musical, ANNIE in front of an exclusive panel of judges. Finalists are competing for the Grand Prize on Saturday, May 6th at Burlington Mall which will include: a Family 4 pack to see ANNIE on May 11th, a limo ride to and from the show, dinner, a meet & greet with the cast of ANNIE, an opportunity to perform in the lobby at The Boch Center Wang Theatre Lobby prior to the show and a $250 Simon Giftcard

Anne Wendelin, age 13, of Cambridge, MA and Alon Mileguier, age 11, of Newton, MA were finalists in the ‘Annie For A Day’ singing contest at The Shops at Chestnut Hill on April 29th.
